Jennifer's experience teaching yoga + pilates full time in private session since 2008 has led her to study these modalities thru the somatic lens.

How can we access ease in our nervous systems? Riding the waves all the way thru to completion. In session and in small groups we practice awareness exercises to come to know what we desire and what we want to nourish. Best of all, we can create space to allow for more love and connection to self and others.
